Should states provide free services- such as education and healthe care- to illegal aliens and their children?

A BIG FAT NO! As you said they are illegal, which means they do not contribute anything to the country at all! Providing free services to them is like spending taxpayer's money to nowhere, in fact they would take away the potential development of the society which is the last thing government wants to do. Moreover, if they want to get the benefit from government, they should follow the regular procedure because breaking the rules are definitely not acceptable. There is a similar situation happened in hong kong a couple years ago. Lots of pregnant women from Mainland China came to hong kong and gave birth to babies. The only reason they were doing that was to let the baby become a resident of hong kong, since the benefit in hong kong for babies are way better than China. This action irritated lots of expected mothers in hong kong and turned out there was a huge protest against those mainland illegal children. I think this shows a great example that we should NOT provide free services to those illegal alliens.
